3. Free Plan Limitations

Images generated on a free plan may include a watermark and are licensed for personal, evaluation, and other non-commercial uses only.

Free plan outputs may not be resold, redistributed as paid deliverables, or used in commercial campaigns, products, or client-facing materials unless you upgrade to a paid plan or receive written permission from Medical Illustration.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Outputs from Medical Illustration are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or similar to content created for other users. We do not guarantee originality, exclusivity, factual correctness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
